Submit the request from the eFaas-registered email address with:
1. A copy of the ID card (both sides)
2. Two clear photos of the account owner holding the ID card (front and back), with the face clearly visible
3. Viber/WhatsApp contact details
For account unlocking:
The request must be sent from the registered eFaas email,
OR
The account owner must call the Helpdesk (1551) from the registered mobile number.
Note - If you are uncomfortable sharing a photo of yourself holding the ID card, we also offer a video call verification process as an alternative
To ensure authenticity and prevent fraud, our passport verification process requires users to submit the following documents:
1. clear copy of their passport
2. A recent passport-size photo
3. A photo of the passport owner holding the passport's bio-data page
4. WA/Viber contact details
If you are uncomfortable sharing a photo of yourself holding the passport, we also offer a video call verification process as an alternative
For security reasons, all documents must be sent from the user's registered email address. Failure to comply may result in delays or rejection of the verification process.
